Other than the Nakamichi audio system value package no longer being available, there are no changes for the RX 300 this year.

• Well-appointed interior, perfect road manners, excellent crash-test results, optional four-wheel drive.

• Allergic to major off-highway work, cumbersome LCD screen in center of dash, feels more like a minivan than an SUV.

  Drives as good as it looks!! - 2002 Lexus RX 300

  I did a lot of research on SUVs, and I kept coming back to the RX 300. I think its the best looking, and the reviews sang high praise. So we have had this one about 3 months and I LOVE it! And whats even better is were getting 20-26 MPG! We both drive moderately and the MPG shows. Will probably buy another RX after this one.

  Very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride but very poor turning radius. I love driving this car--it feels like I have arrived!

  This is the best car I have ever owned. Nothing but regular maintenance since purchase 8 years ago. The only negative about this car is the poor turning radius but everything else from styling and comfort to driving experience and reliability is awesome. Love it!

  Luxury, Quality, Safety - 2002 Lexus RX 300

  A friend and I went to a nearby Lexus dealer, checking out SUVs for him. An hour and a half and he was out the door with a new RX300. I was extremely impressed with the treatment he was given; I decided to lease an RX300. I received the same respect he was given. This SUV is meticulous! Its bank-vault solid, rides great, and the AWD is flawless. Its not a typical thirtysomething "guy car" and not the coolest SUV out there, but Im one guy who thinks this SUV is great.

  A nice car for the missus - she loves it, size and drivability (except for the horrendous small turning circle) - Lexus reliability on this vehicle is a myth - the same things go wrong every two years - there is nothing worse than intermittent problems that leave you stranded!

  MY wife and I purchased the RX300 with the Premium Plus Package after viewing the BMW X5. The X5 had nothing on the Lexus aside from the BMW name. We are very happy with the RX300.

  Super quiet and comfortable - 2002 Lexus RX 300

  Ive been really happy with my AWD RX300. Amazingly quiet inside, I still cant believe how little road and traffic noise you hear. Seats are comfortable and leather is very soft. Sound system is great. Just got the car issue of a certain consumer magazine. They score every vehicle on reliability, satisfaction and depreciation. The RX300 is the only vehicle with top marks in all three. I know why, this is a great vehicle.

  Own an LX470 as well. This car is a great value considering fit/finish and Lexus reliability and build quality.
